How can I help your horses through bodywork?

Equine bodywork is a hands-on therapy designed to support your horses physical comfort, mobility, and overall wellbeing. Through techniques such as massage, soft tissue release and stretching, bodywork helps to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote balance throughout the body.

Practitioners trained through Equinology complete in-depth, science-based education that focuses on equine anatomy, biomechanics, and correct handling techniques. This ensures each session is tailored to your horses' individual needs, whether they're in work, recovering or simply enjoying life in the paddock.

Regular sessions can:

  • Enhance performance and flexibility

  • Support recovery from exercise or injury

  • Reduce stiffness and soreness

  • Improve posture and movement patterns

  • Encourage relaxation and mental calmness

Whether your horse is an athlete, a happy hacker, or a retiree, bodywork offers a gentle and effective way to keep them feeling and moving their best.

Here at Mon Equine, I provide a professional and exceptional service tailoring your individual horse's needs with the comfort knowing I have been trained through a reputable institute - Equinology.

I’m Nadia, the hands (and heart!) behind Mon Equine Body Essentials.

With nearly three decades of horse experience under my belt (Yep I started young and never grew out of the horse phase!), I’ve spent my life around just about every kind of equine you can imagine. That includes polo ponies, gallopers, harness horses, western types, and the good old trekking legends.

These days my focus is all about helping horses feel their absolute best through thoughtful, hands-on bodywork. I’ve completed my Equinology certification, which has deepened my understanding of anatomy and movement. I also bring my own Mon Equine flair to each session, blending techniques I’ve developed from years of real-world experience.

My journey wouldn’t be the same without Monz, my heart horse and the original inspiration behind Mon Equine. He taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of listening to what a horse’s body is trying to say. His legacy continues to shape the way I approach every horse I work with.

These days I share my adventures with Cooper, who has taken over the role of keeping life interesting and reminding me why I love what I do.

I genuinely believe every horse deserves access to quality bodywork, which is why I pride myself on being affordable and offering a range of services tailored to every type of session and every kind of horse. Comfort, performance, and care shouldn’t come with an exclusive price tag. My goal is to make bodywork accessible, effective, and enjoyable for both horse and owner.

Whether your horse is a high-energy athlete or a wise old soul, I’m here to help them move, feel, and live better, one tailored session at a time.
